We will only collect, use, or disclose personal information in accordance with relevant laws and this privacy policy.  Please do not provide us with your personal information if you do not agree to the terms in this policy.

While our website may include links to third party websites, this policy does not apply to any data that may be collected through those third party websites.

What information do we collect?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, or phone number. You may, however, visit our site without providing any of this personal information.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. This collected information includes, but is not limited to, contact information, user information, and member preferences.

When you visit a website, you disclose certain information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and the time of your visit. This site, like many other sites, records this basic information about visits to our site.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information).

We use cookies to help us remember, understand, and save your preferences for future visits.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in any of the following ways:

Any of your personal information gathered by us may be shared with and used by any of our affiliates in accordance with this privacy policy, including marketing services or products to you, unless you have opted-out of receiving such marketing communications.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to help maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.  However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology hosted by a third party and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your sensitive private information (credit cards, social security numbers, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Our website is hosted on our web servers in the United States. If you are located in a non-US jurisdiction, your provision of personal data to our website constitutes your transfer of such data to the United States, a jurisdiction that may not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the laws in your home country.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell or trade your personally identifiable information to third parties.  We do not disclose or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties except for certain, limited business purposes as set forth herein. We may transfer or disclose your personally identifiable information to trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect others' rights, property, or safety. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties in connection with the negotiation or closing of any sale, assignment or other transfer of the business of our website or other sale, merger or reorganization of our company or any of its assets.

However, your non-personally identifiable visitor information (i.e. anonymous information) may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We may contract with these other parties to market and serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet. They may collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits to our website, and your interaction with our services. They may also use non-personally identifiable information about your visits to this and other websites to target advertisements for goods and services. These targeted advertisements may appear on other websites that you visit. Your anonymous information is collected through the use of technology such as cookies and web beacons (an often-transparent graphic image, usually no larger than 1 pixel x 1 pixel, that is placed on a website or in an email that is used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the website or sending the email).

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their control panel and going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page.
