2018 Leadership, Management & Best Practices Program - IN SPANISH

Overview:

Investing in the professional development of Napa Valley farmworkers through leadership and management training is fundamentally important in retaining Napa's highly skilled workforce. Held in conjunction with ROOTSTOCK, this 3-day comprehensive program will provide vineyard workers, both fieldworkers and managers/supervisors, with the opportunity to learn how to be a successful leader and team member. Industry experts will discuss communication skills, safety in the workplace, and much more. 1 hour Laws & Regulations CE Credit offered.

This program is hosted by the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation and complimentary for all Napa County farmworkers.
