Overview:

Join us for a timely seminar covering labor and the Napa Valley workforce from industry experts. Dr. Giovanni Peri will return to present the 2017 Wages & Benefits Survey results and Erica Rosasco will follow with the latest legal updates every vineyard owner needs to know including important changes to hiring practices, leave, I-9s, calculating bonuses, rest/meal periods, Cal/WARN, marijuana in the workplace, and recent activity by the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB) in Napa Valley area. She will also cover the new sanctuary state laws and what you must do if ICE shows up.
