By law growers and vineyard management companies / farm labor contractors (“FLC”) have joint employer liability for the FLC’s employees.  This seminar will provide you with a checklist of what you need to know before entering into a relationship with a grower, vineyard management company or FLC.  We will discuss what must be in the contract and what should be in the contract.  We will also discuss the hot wage and hour issues to be on the lookout for, so that you do not become the next class action lawsuit.
