Overview:

Join us for the COVID-19 workshop covering health and safety information related to COVID-19. There will be two sessions available - One for fieldworkers and one for supervisors. Both training sessions are in Spanish only.

Supervisors - 9am - 10am

A viable vaccine is still some time away, and even then, it will be a long time until it becomes widely available. This workshop is designed for supervisors to have the opportunity to learn about the science of COVID-19 in a small group setting and ask specific questions regarding risk reduction at the workplace. It includes an overview of COVID-19 with demographic information, number of cases in California, how the virus affects the body, how the virus spreads and what people can do to reduce their risk. Supervisors will learn more about employer responsibility to reduce the risk of infection, how to counter harmful myths regarding COVID-19, and how to keep their workforce vigilant and engaged.
