Overview:

NVG’s Harvest Protocols are designed to ensure the health and well-being of our vineyard teams as we bring in the 2020 grape harvest. Listen in to a round-table discussion with industry experts sharing suggestions for how to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission in vineyards and recommendations for navigating the complexities of COVID-19 regulations. Participants are encouraged to bring questions and comments for the robust Q&A session.

Meet the Speakers:




Caleb Mosley, Senior Viticulturist, Michael Wolf Vineyard Services

Caleb Mosley has been growing wine grapes since 2006, beginning his career at Ridge Vineyards Monte Bello after studying at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Landing in the Napa Valley just in time to tackle the challenging 2011 vintage, Caleb has been involved in every aspect of grape growing on numerous vineyards from Carneros to Calistoga. Caleb was elected co-chair of the NVG Member Services Committee in 2016, where he plays an active role in planning the Organic Winegrowing Conference and Sustainable Vineyard Practices Series amongst many other NVG educational offerings.

Cameron Parry, Director of Winegrowing, Groth Vineyards

Cameron Parry joined Groth in 2014 as Director of Winegrowing. In this capacity, Cameron is responsible for all aspects of vineyard management and winemaking. Cameron came to us from the historic Napa Valley winery Chateau Montelena, where he worked for a decade including six years as Winemaker.
Cameron graduated from New Mexico State University with a joint Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Biology, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. He earned his Master's in Food Science with an emphasis in Enology from the University of California, Davis.



Erica Rosasco, Partner, McKague Rosasco LLP

Erica Rosasco is a partner at McKague Rosasco LLP in Roseville, California.  She has received an “AV® Preeminent™” Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available from Martindale-Hubbell, the leading independent attorney rating entity.  Ms. Rosasco represents agricultural employers in all aspects of employment and civil litigation. Ms. Rosasco is from a cattle ranching family and grew up in the central valley.




Larry Williams, HR & Safety Director, Jaguar FLC

Over 25 years of Safety experience in Construction & Agriculture, the past 8 years in Human Resources, I’ve received my HRPA(Human Resource Professional in Agriculture). I’ve worked in just about all commodities in Agriculture by making sure that all Cal OSHA and Department of Labor guidelines were being followed. I am a Board member of APMA, and belong to ASHCA, ASSP, NVG, CFFA and several other organizations. At this time I’m the HR Director for Jaguar Farm Labor Contracting, Inc. where it is my inspiration to assist employees, not only with personal issues, but also during this pandemic and how to get through it as safe as possible.

Theresa Kiehn, CEO, AgSafe

Raised in a farming family, Kiehn graduated from California State University, Stanislaus and accepted a position with the Great Valley Center, a nonprofit focused on ensuring the vitality of California’s Central Valley. Over the course of nearly ten years, she worked on farmland conservation easements and protection projects, addressed agriculture sustainability issues, and led additional initiatives. Hired as a program assistant, she advanced steadily into a management role, before eventually joining AgSafe in 2009 where she most recently served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She took on the lead as CEO in April 2020.
