Overview:

The 10th annual Farmworker Education Workshop is a unique educational and professional development program with a focus on increasing quality, providing advanced leadership, communication and management skills, and more. This year’s workshop brings together a collective of industry experts and will feature both an Advanced and Beginning track. Sessions are taught in Spanish. First 4 employees are free.

NEW! This year, the workshop will include a 1-day session for growers, vineyard owners and vineyard managers discussing team dynamics and the development of successful communication and management strategies.
