Investing in the professional development of Napa Valley farmworkers through leadership and management training is fundamentally important in retaining Napa's highly skilled workforce. This Leadership and Management Program in Spanish will provide farmworkers with the opportunity to learn strategies for communication during a crisis, best ways to share health and safety information, as well as conflict resolution skills. In addition the program includes the opportunity for 3 hours of Pesticide Safety CE Credit.

Attendees may choose the sessions they would like to attend or attend them all. More information and requirements for the continuing education courses will be sent out in advance on November 12.
